Air defense forces have neutralized 132 drones used by Russian occupiers to attack Ukraine since the evening of September 21.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

Starting at 9:00 PM on Sunday, September 21, the enemy launched 141 Shahed and Gerbera attack UAVs, as well as other types of drones, targeting Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea). Approximately 80 of these were Shahed drones.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned aerial systems, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:30 on Monday, September 22, air defense forces shot down/suppressed 132 UAVs in the north, south, east and center of the country.

Hits by nine attack UAVs were recorded at seven locations, as well as the fall of downed targets (debris) at eight locations.

Furthermore, from 4:00 to 6:00 AM on September 22, Russian forces carried out airstrikes on infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia. Launches of KABs from tactical aircraft were recorded from the temporarily captured Tokmak area in the Zaporizhzhia region. There are fatalities and injuries.

Incidentally, over the past 24 hours, the Russian invaders suffered 960 casualties . Ukrainian forces also neutralized a tank, an armored combat vehicle, 47 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, three helicopters, 403 unmanned aerial vehicles, and 118 vehicles belonging to the occupying forces.
