Air strike on Ukraine: Kremenchuk and Fastiv under fire

Удар по Кременчуку /

On the night of December 7, the enemy launched a second massive combined air strike on Ukrainian territory. Fastiv and Kremenchuk were targeted.

The railway junction in Fastiv came under attack from the “shahids” again. Fifteen explosions were heard throughout the city. Furthermore, the Russians launched a massive attack on Kremenchuk, using “shahids” as well as Iskander ballistic missiles and Kinzhal air-to-air ballistic missiles.

As a result of this strike, energy and oil infrastructure facilities were directly hit. Parts of the city are without power, heat, and water, according to Kremenchuk Mayor Vitaliy Maletskyi.

In total, the Russians used 241 Shahed and Gerbera attack UAVs, three Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, and two Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles in their latest strike on Ukraine on December 7. According to the Air Force, 175 drones, two Kinzhals, and two Iskanders were shot down.

As a reminder, a missile strike on December 6 completely destroyed the railway station in Fastiv. This strike also led to a deterioration in the power supply. In Kyiv, power outages will continue until 5:00 PM .
