“Almost round-the-clock contacts”: Zelensky spoke about communication with the US

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is in contact with the American team almost around the clock.

He said this in an evening video address.

“Contacts with the American side continue almost around the clock. At various levels,” Zelensky assured.

However, according to him, the parties do not cover all aspects of cooperation and do not make everything public, adding that everyone sees the tactics of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

The President emphasized that Putin is afraid of sanctions, so he is doing everything possible to “escape them.”

As a reminder, on August 9 , a meeting of national security advisers from Ukraine, the United States, and European states took place in the United Kingdom .

By the way, during the summit of national security advisers , Ukraine and Europe presented their own plan to the United States , which should become the basis for negotiations with the Russian side.
