An active cyclone will hit Ukraine: Didenko warned of heavy rain and gale-force winds.

On Wednesday, September 23, the weather in Ukraine will be determined by an active cyclone moving in from the Black Sea. It will bring heavy rain and, in some regions, gale-force winds.
This was reported by meteorologist Natalia Didenko.
Her forecast is also supported by data from other meteorological services on the passage of an active southern cyclone.
According to Didenko’s forecast, prolonged rain is expected in Sumy, Poltava, Dnipro, Zaporizhia, and Crimea. In the afternoon, precipitation will spread to the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
Strong northerly and northeasterly winds will also affect the eastern regions, with gusts reaching 15–22 m/s. Overall, forecasters predict heavy precipitation in the southern, central, northern, and northeastern regions on September 23, with occasional thunderstorms.
The coolest night will be this coming night. In the western and northern regions, as well as in the Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions, temperatures will drop to +6 to +9°C. In the south, east, and Dnipropetrovsk region, temperatures are expected to reach +10 to +15°C.
Daytime temperatures in most regions will be between 12°C and 17°C. In the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, temperatures will be warmer, reaching 19°C and 23°C.
No precipitation is expected in Kyiv overnight, but moderate rain is possible during the day. Temperatures in the capital will be around 7°C to 8°C overnight, and up to 15°C during the day.
At the same time, according to Didenko’s preliminary forecast, the weather in Ukraine could stabilize and temperatures rise by the end of September. A period of warm and comfortable weather is expected.
