An anticyclone is heading to Ukraine: what weather to expect in the coming days

In the next few days, an anticyclone will arrive in Ukraine, which will block access for any precipitation, so neither rain nor snow is forecast.

This was reported by weather forecaster Natalka Didenko.

According to her, the air temperature has already risen significantly. It will be warm on Tuesday, December 16: in most regions, thermometers will fluctuate from +4°C to +7°C, and in the East, in Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions, -1°C…+2°C is expected.

No severe frosts are forecast in the coming days – a slight “minus” is possible at night, and during the day it will be +3°C…+7°C.

Cloudy and damp weather will also persist, with thick fogs increasing humidity. Sunny clearings are possible only in the West.

At the same time, due to heavy fog, the Ukrhydrometeorological Center warned of a level I (yellow) danger for residents of the eastern regions, as well as Cherkasy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhia regions. Visibility will remain at 200-500 meters.

Earlier, several regions of Ukraine experienced heavy snowfall . Kharkiv, Poltava, and Zaporizhia were covered with a dense layer of snow in a short time, which is already affecting the situation on the roads.
