An earthquake was recorded in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

An earthquake measuring 1.4 on the Richter scale occurred in the Vyhoda community of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The Main Center for Special Control reported this on Wednesday, October 29.

“On October 29, the Main Center for Special Monitoring registered an earthquake in the Kalush district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Vyhodskaya TG, with a magnitude of 1.4 (on the Richter scale), at a depth of 2 km,” the statement said.

This earthquake is classified as imperceptible, so residents of the region did not feel it. The epicenter of the tremors was located at a depth of 2 km.
