An explosion occurred near a residential building in Kharkiv: a man died

On Tuesday, March 3, an explosion occurred near the entrance of an apartment building in one of the districts of Kharkiv. As a result, a man died, and his wife was injured and hospitalized.

This is reported by the police of the Kharkiv region.

“A man was killed and another person was injured as a result of the detonation of an unidentified object,” the Kharkiv regional police reported. The man was born in 1980, his wife in 1982.

Explosives technicians, forensic experts, and an investigative and operational team worked at the scene.

“Law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the tragedy. The preliminary main version is “an accident”, the issue of the legal qualification of the event in accordance with the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being resolved,” the police added.

As reported, an explosion occurred in an educational institution in Dnipro during a demonstration of ammunition to students. Two children were injured as a result of the incident.
