An unexploded ballistic missile was found among residential buildings in Kyiv.

A ballistic missile that failed to detonate during Russia’s overnight attack was discovered among residential buildings in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district.

This was reported by the Kyiv police.

Police and State Emergency Service bomb disposal experts are working at the scene. Specialists are tasked with removing the missile’s warhead and transporting it to a testing ground for further disposal.

As a reminder, on the night of Wednesday, October 7, Russian occupation forces attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles. Impacts were recorded in the Obolonskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Podilskyi districts of the capital. Two people were killed in the attack in the Darnytskyi district.
