Andrey Ermak has resumed his legal practice.

Former head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak, has regained his right to practice law after a nearly six-year hiatus.

This is evidenced by data from the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine.

According to the Unified Register of Lawyers, Andriy Yermak resumed practicing law on January 23, 2026. Prior to this, he had not practiced law since February 20, 2020, following his appointment as head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Yermak’s total legal experience before entering government service amounted to approximately 25 years. He received his license to practice law in 1995.

In October 1997, Andrey Ermak, together with lawyers Vasily Vashchenko and Mikhail Prikhodko, registered the International Law Company LLC.

It was previously reported that on the morning of November 28, NABU detectives, along with SAP prosecutors, conducted investigative actions in the government quarter where Andriy Yermak’s office is located. Subsequently, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, submitted his resignation.

Incidentally, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau conducted searches at the home of Andriy Yermak, the driver of the former head of the Presidential Office . During the investigation, law enforcement officers seized telephones and other electronic devices.

Earlier, political scientist Volodymyr Tsybulko reported that the recent dismissals of three former employees of the State Security Service, a NABU detective, and the easing of Colonel Chervinsky’s regime were linked to changes at Bankova Street. However, Andriy Yermak still retains influence over the government.
