NABU and SAPO have exposed an organized group suspected of legalizing 460 million hryvnias in an elite construction project near Kyiv.

This was reported by the NABU press center.

The suspicion was reported to one of the participants in the scheme, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The name of the person involved is not officially disclosed.

At the same time, according to media reports, it is about Andriy Yermak.

The case was classified under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns the legalization of property obtained by criminal means.

Urgent investigative actions are currently underway.

Yermak himself, answering journalists’ questions while being escorted by NABU detectives, stated that he would not comment on the situation for now.

“I will not comment on anything now. When the investigative actions are completed, I will comment. I do not have any houses; I only have one apartment and one car,” he said.

When asked whether he had received suspicion, the former head of the OP did not answer directly and got into the car.

As a reminder, on May 11, NABU and SAPO conducted investigative actions against the former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak.
