Another fine for those liable for military service in “Reserve+” has been digitized in Ukraine: what is it about?

Ukraine has improved the system of digital control over military registration: from now on, in the “Reserve+” application, you can pay a fine for failure to register for military registration at a new address after changing your place of residence. This allows not only to resolve violations more quickly, but also to avoid accumulating debts and problems with the law.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

It is noted that a new function has been introduced in the state application “Reserve+” – payment of a fine for another violation of the rules of military registration. This is failure to register after changing the place of residence, which until now required personal settlement at territorial recruitment centers.

The algorithm of actions is as simple as possible: the user must download the “Reserve+” application, in the “Online Fines” section, submit an application for recognition of the violation, after which the territorial center adopts a resolution within three days. Then the application opens the opportunity to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH – this is half of the full amount. 20 days are allotted for payment.

If you miss the deadline, you will have to pay the full amount of the fine – 17,000 UAH. If you continue to ignore the obligation, the amount doubles within the next 20 days and reaches 34,000 UAH. After 40 days of non-payment, the case is transferred to the enforcement service, which may result in blocking bank accounts, seizure of property or transport, and entry into the Unified Register of Debtors.

After successfully paying the fine, the red warning mark about the violation disappears from the application. However, this does not exempt you from the obligation to register for military service at your new place of residence.

As the developers report, by the end of August, Reserve+ plans to integrate the ability to pay fines for all types of violations of military accounting rules, which will make the system more convenient and transparent.

We would like to remind you that a new digital service has been officially launched in Ukraine in the “Reserve+” application , which allows you to apply for a deferment from mobilization for education. This will simplify the procedure for applying for a deferment for students and significantly reduce the bureaucratic burden.

By the way, from August 5, 2025 , the Reserve+ mobile application will allow spouses in which one of the partners has a disability of group I or II to apply for a deferment from mobilization . This new option became available as part of an update to the service, which already provides 40% of all requests for deferment in Ukraine.
