Anti-drone nets will be installed in one of the regions of Ukraine: how will it work?
Roads in border communities of Sumy region will be closed with anti-drone nets to complicate enemy aerial reconnaissance and protect logistics.
This was stated by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grigorov.
It is noted that the work is being carried out where the Russians do not stop striking.
“Work continues in certain areas, in particular in border communities, where the enemy does not stop attacks,” writes Grigorov.
According to him, anti-drone nets should make aerial reconnaissance more difficult for the Russians, as well as protect logistics from drones.
“This is another important step for the safety of people and the preservation of logistics… We are closing the roads of Sumy region from enemy eyes,” the Sumy OVA added.
As a reminder, as part of evacuation measures , all residents of 60 settlements in the Sumy region left completely.
As reported, Russian troops in Sumy region continue to use the tactics of “meat assaults”, using less and less armored vehicles. The enemy managed to advance deep into the region due to the lack of fortifications , but later he still got stuck in defensive structures, so the pace of the offensive has significantly decreased.
In addition, Russian occupation troops are advancing in the Sumy region, in particular , the enemy has reached a distance that allows him to strike the regional center with FPV drones.
