ATB’s website and app were attacked by cybercriminals, who are demanding $400,000.

The official website and mobile app of the ATB chain were subjected to a cyberattack. The hacker group DATASUCKERS claimed responsibility for the attack.

The attack was announced by the hackers themselves and the company’s press service.

DATASUCKERS claims to have accessed the data of 7.9 million ATB clients, including phone numbers and email addresses. The hackers also allegedly accessed employee information, including passport details and supplier data.

They are demanding a ransom of $400,000 for the break.

At the same time, ATB stated that the website is under its full control and the information is securely protected. They also noted that the website and app are currently temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

The company urged users to use only official information and stated that additional information would be provided regarding the resumption of services.
