“Audacious landing”: GUR fighters destroyed the occupiers on the Tendrivska Spit and raised the Ukrainian flag

On the night of July 28, Ukrainian special forces conducted a daring naval operation behind enemy lines on the Tendrivskaya Spit in the Black Sea. GUR fighters eliminated a Russian position, destroyed radio-electronic equipment, and raised the Ukrainian flag.

This was reported by the press service of the department.

It is noted that the Department of Active Operations of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out a successful landing on the temporarily occupied Tendrivskaya Spit, a sand spit in the northern part of the Black Sea, which has important tactical significance.

On the night of July 27-28, Ukrainian reconnaissance units struck the positions of the occupiers, eliminating enemy personnel, the “Zont” electronic warfare complex, and the “Rosa” radar station. According to the GUR, there were no losses among the Ukrainian military during the special operation .

A key role in the raid was played by modern high-speed boats provided as part of the “Boats for the GUR” project. It was thanks to this initiative that Ukrainian scouts received additional opportunities for maneuver in the Black Sea, including a covert approach to enemy lines.

The Ukrainians raised the Ukrainian flag above the captured position, confirming the de-occupation nature of the mission and symbolizing control over this stretch of the coast.

By the way, the GUR special forces used FPV drones in the open sea for the first time. Footage of the combat operation was captured on video.

We will remind you that the fighters of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine conducted a successful raid deep behind enemy lines – near the village of Velyka Belozerka in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhia region, three militants of the “Akhmat” unit were destroyed.
