Australia has allocated 6 million euros for Ukraine: the funds will be used to finance the needs of the energy sector

Australia has allocated 6 million euros for Ukraine, directing funds to the Energy Support Fund.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
According to the head of the department, the money will be spent on the priority needs of the Ukrainian energy sector, taking into account current challenges.
In total, Australia has already contributed 24.5 million euros to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
With the funds from past contributions, Ukraine has already received transformers of various capacities, complete transformer substations, autotransformers, microprocessor relay protection terminals, and other power equipment.
Sweden recently announced a new energy support package for Ukraine worth 1 billion Swedish kronor, which is almost 94 million euros.
The Netherlands has previously decided to increase the total amount of aid aimed at supporting Ukraine’s energy sector. The country plans to allocate an additional 35 million euros.
