Minister Chernyshov Released on Bail: Who Stood as Guarantors?

The wife of Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov, along with two other individuals, has posted bail for the official, who is under investigation for corruption.

This was learned by journalists from “Scheme”.

The following individuals posted bail for Chernyshov:

• • wife Svetlana Chernyshova – 10 million hryvnias;

• • Daria Bedia – 44 million hryvnias;

• • Foravtotor LLC – 66 million hryvnias.

Journalists have noted that, according to Chernyshov’s 2024 declaration, the minister’s wife had sufficient funds to cover the bail amount.

It is reported that Foravto Tor LLC, registered in April 2025, specializes in the wholesale trade of car parts.

Eduard Martynenko is both the director and owner of Foravto Tor.

In a statement to journalists, Martynenko confirmed his role as head of the company but said this was the first time he had heard of his firm posting bail for Chernyshov.

Journalists also discovered that Daria Bedia, who provided 44 million hryvnias as collateral, is the marketing director of the DIM group of companies.

DIM is a Ukrainian developer focused on the construction and maintenance of residential and office properties in Kyiv and the surrounding region. She declined to comment on the bail payment.

Earlier, it became known that bail for 120 million hryvnias was posted for Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov, who is accused of corruption.
