Battle of Kupyansk: Russians gain a foothold within the city limits

Russian occupation troops made partial advances in the Kupyansk area in the Kharkiv region and near Novoivanivka in the Zaporizhia direction.

This was reported by analysts of the Ukrainian OSINT community DeepState, who updated the combat map and confirmed these changes in their Telegram channel.

According to updated data, Russian forces have improved their tactical position near Golubivka and Novoivanivka, as well as within the Kupyansky district. The movement of Russian units in these areas of the front is limited, but may indicate continued pressure from the occupation forces.

Analysts also note that the situation remains dynamic, and the intensity of hostilities in the mentioned areas remains.

In other areas of the front — in particular, in the Donetsk region — the enemy’s active offensive operations continue, but without significant progress.
