Belarus reported alleged regular violations of the country’s airspace by Ukrainian drones and accused Ukraine of attacks on border infrastructure.

This is reported by the BelTA news agency.

According to the State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus, Alexander Volfovich, in the last week alone, the Belarusian air defense allegedly recorded 116 cases of border crossings by combat UAVs.

“In some cases, these are not random attacks, but attempts to strike elements of border infrastructure,” Volfovich said.

At the same time, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine called these statements another attempt by Belarus to shift responsibility to Ukraine.

Spokesperson for the State Border Service of Ukraine Andriy Demchenko ironically commented on the figures announced by Minsk and noted that the Belarusian air defense “for some reason does not detect” drones flying towards Ukraine from the territory of Belarus.

“My question is how much I had to restrain myself to remain silent about such “provocations” by Ukrainians,” Demchenko said.

It was previously reported that Ukraine is currently not recording a concentration of troops near the border with Belarus, but the threat from this direction remains.

Recall that Russia is considering several scenarios for new offensive operations in the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction, which may begin no earlier than the fall of 2026. To this end, the Kremlin, according to sources, is planning a new wave of mobilization of 100,000 people.
