Belarus is preparing for war – Lukashenko

The self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has stated that the Belarusian Armed Forces are preparing for war.
This was reported by a public figure close to Lukashenko.
“There can be no peaceful time. We are preparing for war. That is what we created the Armed Forces for, that is what we maintain them for, that is what the people are spending money on to support us,” said the self-proclaimed leader.
He clarified that Belarus is supposedly against war, but the army is “designed for that.” Lukashenko threatened to respond to those who are looking “under the gun.”
“Unfortunately, the situation is such that I cannot fight without you. And I want my subordinates to be ready to fight. If we are ready to fight, they will fear us,” he assured.
As is known, Ukraine is strengthening the border line with Belarus so that the soldiers of the Defense Forces can counter it in the event of a threat.
As a reminder, Russia plans to deploy new ground control stations for long-range drones in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and Belarus.
