Bilateral relations, coalitions and financing of the JOU: Zelensky instructed to update the diplomatic work plan

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on diplomatic work. At it, he instructed to update the diplomatic work plan by the end of 2025.

Zelenskyy announced this on his Telegram channel.

“I held a meeting with the government team, the Office, and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council regarding our diplomatic work – the most priority areas,” the president said.

We need to update the directions of diplomacy regarding:

• financing of the Defense Forces of Ukraine;
• audit of the effectiveness of coalitions with partners;
• special formats;
• the content of our bilateral relations in key global areas;
• work at the European Union level”.

Zelensky also instructed to update the foreign policy work plan by the end of the year. The updated work plan is expected to be presented next week.

As a reminder, on August 15, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters, at which the topics of the summit in Alaska, the situation at the front, and the financing of the Defense Forces were raised .
