The Main Intelligence Directorate and the Center for Countering Disinformation published information about several more propagandists on the War&Sanctions portal in the “Kremlin Mouthpieces” section.
This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
The updated list includes five figures who participate in disinformation campaigns to justify Russian aggression and discredit the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Yes, the list includes:
- Volodymyr Agranovych is a director who received state grants to create propaganda materials about Donbas, received awards for his activities in the field of culture in the “new territories”;
- Serhiy Kolyasnikov is a member of the Council of Bloggers at the State Duma, the author of his own Telegram channel, the speaker of “Lenta. ru”, “Gazeta. Ru”, “RIA Novosti”;
- Salina Gurevich is a Russian public figure and lawyer, expert at the “Monitoring Center for Detecting Dangerous and Prohibited Content”;

Intelligence emphasizes that Russian propaganda voices should be blocked worldwide.
“The General Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, together with the Center for Countering Disinformation, call on the countries of the free world to take decisive action against the aggressor’s “propaganda troops” – introducing personal sanctions, blocking public and financial activities, banning entry, and completely terminating any cooperation with those who, with their words, serve the Russian Federation’s war,” the message says.
