Breakthrough in Donetsk region: the enemy occupied three settlements at once

On the night of October 15, it became known about the advance of Russian occupation forces in the Donetsk region.

As analysts from the Ukrainian OSINT community DeepState report , the Russian Armed Forces have taken control of the settlements of Perestroika, Komar, and Mirne, which are located in the Novopavlovsk direction.

According to updated data, the enemy has also become more active in the area of Ivanivka and Voskresenka, where further advances are being recorded.

As early as the evening of October 14, analysts noted that the Russians had consolidated their position in the area of Myrne, Perestroika, and Komar. According to them, holding these positions was complicated by logistical problems, but for a while the Ukrainian defenders managed to contain the enemy’s pressure, in particular by transferring the main activity of the occupiers to other sections of the front.

As a reminder, Russian troops occupied three settlements in Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and also advanced near two villages.

As reported, Russian troops have intensified offensive operations in the south, focusing their efforts on attempts to take control of the city of Stepnohirsk, which is of strategic importance for further attacks on Zaporizhia and its surroundings.
