Budanov told what he will focus on in the Office of the President

Kyrylo Budanov accepted the offer of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to head the Office of the Head of State. He stated that he continues to serve Ukraine and views the new position as another level of responsibility to the country.

According to him, the work of the head of the President’s Office requires focusing on key issues of Ukraine’s strategic security, especially in times of war. Budanov emphasized that for him it is a great honor and at the same time a responsibility in a difficult time for the state.

He thanked the President of Ukraine for his trust, and also addressed his combat comrades and the GUR team of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, with whom he had worked before. Budanov emphasized that the fight against the enemy continues, and the main goal remains the defense of Ukraine and the achievement of a just peace.
