Budanov warned of intensified attacks on Russia: “They will become deeper.”

Ukraine will escalate its attacks on Russian territory unless the Kremlin ends the war. The range and power of these attacks will increase in response to continued hostilities.

This was stated by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, in an interview with the Latvian public broadcaster LSM during the “Riga Conference”.

A journalist asked Budanov about the prospects for Ukrainian long-range strikes following the recent drone attack on a target in the Russian Arctic, which occurred approximately 3,000 km from Ukraine.

According to Budanov, if Russia continues the war, Ukrainian attacks will become more widespread.

“If Russia doesn’t cease military action against us, it’s clear they’ll feel it even more intensely. Our strikes will be deeper and more powerful,” he said.

Budanov thus made it clear that Ukraine plans to further expand its capabilities for long-range strikes on Russian territory if Moscow does not cease hostilities.

Earlier, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, reported that Ukraine had submitted a ceasefire proposal to the Russian side and that it had been confirmed to Russian President Vladimir Putin, but there had been no subsequent response from Russia.
