Businesses have had their employee reservation period changed: details

If a business was designated critical before June 2, 2026, but has not yet re-certified, employee reservations will only be available until September 1, 2026.

This was reported by the Action press service.

To continue to be able to book workers for longer periods, the company needs to update its criticality decision.

What you need to know

If the status has already been confirmed, you don’t need to do anything else.

• under the simplified procedure, the criticality status will be valid until the expiration of the previous decision;
• according to the full procedure – in accordance with the deadline specified in the new decision.

For companies that have not yet updated their status, a notification with the current criticality period will appear in the Action when registering for the “Employee Reservation” or “Employee Reservation Continuation” services.

Update the criticality decision to maintain the ability to book workers for longer periods.
