The Ukrainian defenders of Pokrovsk expanded the kill zone and hit a target dozens of kilometers behind enemy lines.

This was reported by the press service of the 7th Corps of the State Security Service.

In particular, the Ukrainian FPV drone managed to cover a distance of 40 kilometers, bypassing the action of Russian electronic warfare equipment, and reached the settlement of Kurakhove in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.

As the defense forces said, when the drone was flying near the Kurakhiv Reservoir, they spotted a military KAMAZ truck of the invaders and hit it.

The radius of the permanent kill zone in the corps’ area of responsibility is 15-20 km. Thus, the Defense Forces deliver about 300 strikes daily using “drops”, FPV and “bombers”.

Earlier, National Guard spokesman Ruslan Muzychuk said that since the beginning of 2025, the number of drones of various types in the Defense Forces has doubled .
