CCC official in Precarpathia organized a mobilization evasion scheme: details

The Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police have exposed the head of one of the divisions of the district CCC of Ivano-Frankivsk region, who is also a deputy of the Nadvirna City Council, for bribery.
This was reported by the press service of the SBU.
It is noted that the official organized a scheme to illegally assist men who were wanted for failing to appear at territorial recruitment centers. For money, he produced fictitious documents and facilitated the removal of such individuals from the wanted list.
Law enforcement officers documented the fact that the perpetrator received the first part of the illegal benefit — $1,000. He took the money from a man who was wanted for lack of military registration documents. In exchange for the bribe, the official promised:
- organize the passage of a military medical commission;
- to produce a military registration document;
- provide a certificate of temporary exemption from mobilization on the basis of group III disability.
He evaluated each “service” separately. During searches at the residence of the defendant and his possible accomplices, cash received as a bribe, as well as blank forms with RTCC seals, were found. In addition, documents regarding deferrals from mobilization were seized from the office premises of the Nadvirna CCC and the SP.
The official was informed of suspicion of receiving an illegal benefit by an official. The court chose for him a preventive measure – detention with the possibility of posting bail.
By the way, in Ukraine, mobilization evasion schemes continue to be exposed. This time, the suspects are the military personnel themselves: two employees of the territorial recruitment center in Bukovina organized a channel for the illegal departure of men abroad.
Recall that law enforcement officers uncovered a large-scale corruption scheme in the Central Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) , where officials, together with doctors, organized the illegal granting of disability groups to men of draft age. Using forged documents, they provided fictitious certificates, issued pensions, and evaded military service.
Earlier, in June, the National Police of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine exposed a powerful criminal group that was selling fake documents and copies of the official mobile applications “Diya” and “Rezerv+”.
