Chernyshov’s daughter was baptized by an archimandrite of the UOC (MP), associated with Medvedchuk’s entourage

The rite of baptism of the daughter of former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov was performed by Archimandrite of the UOC (MP) Damian (Radzikhovsky), who is associated with the family of Viktor Medvedchuk and Oksana Marchenko.

According to the publication, it was Damian who performed the baptism ceremony of Chernyshov’s youngest daughter. He can be recognized in the photo from the christening that appeared in the investigation of “Ukrainian Truth” into the “Midas” case.

As Archimandrite Avraamiy reported in a comment to LB, Damian still lives on the territory of the Lower Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra as a monk of the UOC (MP).

“Yes, he still lives in the Lower Lavra. The confessor of Medvedchuk and Marchenko,” he noted.

Previously, Avraamiy also stated that Oksana Marchenko regularly visited the Lavra and had a spiritual father there who took care of her family.

In addition, Damian (Radzikhovsky) appeared in Marchenko’s propaganda film “The Pilgrim” (2021), where he gave her a tour of the Lavra Caves.

At the same time, the issue of control over the Lower Lavra remains unresolved – legal proceedings are ongoing regarding this part of the complex.
