Civilian exchange with Russia took place on the border of Ukraine and Belarus
Another exchange of civilians between Ukraine and Russia took place on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border on August 13. As a result, seven people returned to Ukraine and eight to Russia.

The exchange took place at the Nova Huta checkpoint on the border of Belarus and Ukraine.
Among the people who returned to Ukraine are several pensioners and a 25-year-old man.
According to media reports, some of the civilians had been in another country since the quarantine restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Others were unable to return due to problems with their documents.
In total, the parties transferred 15 civilians as part of the exchange.
As a reminder, the bodies of 261 deceased were returned to Ukraine as part of repatriation measures , which, according to the Russian side, may belong to Ukrainian servicemen.
