Collaborator Leontiev died: a drone hit the head of the Novaya Kakhovka “council of deputies”

The head of the so-called “council of deputies” of occupied Nova Kakhovka, Volodymyr Leontiev, died in hospital after a Ukrainian drone attack.

This was reported by the local publication “Most” with reference to collaborator Volodymyr Saldo and propaganda resources.

First, at 9:51 a.m., Saldo stated that Leontyev had been seriously injured as a result of an attack by a Baba Yaga-type drone. An hour later, at 11:07 a.m., he confirmed the official’s death, noting that the injuries were incompatible with life.

Leontiev was one of the key collaborators in the captured Nova Kakhovka, actively cooperating with Russian occupation structures.

Recall that Ukrainian drones struck a loud blow in the occupied Crimea, managing to bypass a powerful air defense system and hit elite dachas in Foros . It was there, according to the Ukrainian side, that representatives of the military-political leadership of Russia could gather. The attack caused a significant resonance and, according to experts, may affect the security of the Russian “elite” in Crimea.

As reported, British journalists have published an investigation naming 13 Russian commanders suspected of war crimes during the occupation of Bucha in early 2022. The names of the officers were identified by independent journalists and investigators with the help of open source intelligence — and this data was confirmed by Ukrainian special services.
