Control point, warehouses and repair unit: Ukrainian Armed Forces hit Russian military targets

On October 19 and the night of October 20, the Ukrainian military struck a number of important military facilities of the Russian army. Among the targets hit were the occupiers’ command post, a repair unit, warehouses of material and technical equipment, and places where personnel were concentrated.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The command post of a Russian unit was hit near the settlement of Fedorivka in Zaporizhzhia region. In addition, a strike was carried out on a repair unit of the Russian army in the Kalmiuske area of the Donetsk region.

Ukrainian military also attacked the occupiers’ material and technical equipment warehouses. These are facilities near Kripensky in Luhansk Oblast, Rivnepol in Donetsk Oblast, and Lahidne in Zaporizhia Oblast.

Separately, the Defense Forces struck Russian military concentration sites in several areas. In Zaporizhia, these are Rybalivka, Basan, Fedorivka, and Mykolaivka, in Donetsk Oblast – Zelenyi Hay, Horlivka, and Selidove, and in Luhansk Oblast – Svatovo.

The defeat of repair units should make it difficult to restore damaged Russian equipment and return it to the front.

Information about the extent of damage and enemy losses is not yet specified.

The Ukrainian military stressed that they will continue to strike at important military targets of the enemy until Russia stops its armed aggression against Ukraine.

In particular, the Defense Forces struck a radar station in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, ammunition depots in the Donetsk region, and positions of the occupiers in the Kharkiv and Zaporizhia regions.
