US President Donald Trump announced the assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. According to him, the operation was carried out in cooperation with Israel, and the strikes will continue.

In his post, Trump called Khamenei “one of the most evil people in history” and said his death was “justice for the people of Iran, great Americans, and people from many countries around the world.”
“Khamenei is dead,” the US president said.
Trump said the Iranian leader “could not escape our intelligence and high-tech surveillance systems” and that the operation was carried out in close cooperation with Israel. He also noted that other leaders were eliminated along with Khamenei.
The US president added that this is “the greatest chance for the Iranian people to take back their country.”
Trump also said he was receiving information that many members of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, military and security forces “no longer want to fight and are seeking immunity.”
“They can get immunity now, later they will only get death,” said Donald Trump.
He expressed hope that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the police would peacefully unite with “Iranian patriots” to rebuild the country.
In addition, the US president said that the bombings would continue for a week or as long as necessary to achieve the goal, which he outlined as “peace in the Middle East and in the world.”
