In annexed Crimea and Sevastopol, restrictions have been imposed on the sale of certain food products. Some supermarkets are allowing customers to hold no more than three bottles of vegetable oil and three packs of pasta at a time.
Russian media is writing about this.
The restrictions on products came after fuel supply problems on the peninsula. Earlier, Crimea stopped selling gasoline for cash and introduced coupons and QR codes with a limit of up to 20 liters per car.
According to the publication, the difficulties with supply are related to disruptions on the R-280 “Novorossiya” highway, which remains one of the main routes for delivering goods and fuel from the Rostov region.
At the same time, fuel problems are also being recorded in other regions of the Russian Federation . In Tatarstan, cheaper diesel fuel has disappeared from gas stations, which has caused queues of trucks. Restrictions on the sale of fuel have also been introduced in St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Belgorod and Kursk regions.
In a number of regions, drivers are allowed to purchase only a limited amount of fuel, and some gas stations have switched to service using special cards.
