Defense forces attacked crossings and UAV control points – General Staff

Ukrainian military forces launched new strikes on Russian occupier positions on May 18. Pontoon crossings, drone control points, and the enemy’s command post came under attack.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, the Defense Forces struck a Russian command and observation post in the Tyotkino area of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian military also attacked UAV control points in the areas of Oleksandrivka in the Kherson region and Bilovodyv in the Sumy region.

In addition, two pontoon bridges of the occupiers in the temporarily occupied part of the Donetsk region were hit.

Separately, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck at places where Russian military personnel were concentrated in the areas of Sichneve in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Rodynske in the Donetsk region.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched a series of strikes on important military facilities of the Russian occupiers on May 17 and on the night of May 18. Among the targets were a Grachonok anti-sabotage boat, UAV control points, communication hubs, and enemy manpower concentration points.

As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced strikes on a number of facilities in Moscow and the Moscow region, including a refinery, an oil depot, and a microelectronics production facility.
