Defense forces destroyed 1,420 occupiers and 63 Russian artillery systems in a day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated data on the losses of the Russian army in the war against Ukraine, so in the 24 hours of July 5, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,420 occupiers, seven tanks, and 63 Russian artillery systems.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
The total enemy combat losses from 02/24/22 to 07/06/26 were approximately:
- personnel – about 1,411,050 (+1,420) people;
- tanks – 12,088 (+7) units;
- armored combat vehicles – 24,894 (+16) units;
- artillery systems – 45,451 (+63) units;
- MLRS – 1,917 (+1) units;
- air defense systems – 1,473 (+3) units;
- aircraft – 436 (+0) units;
- helicopters – 353 (+0) units;
- ground robotic complexes – 1,833 (+12) units;
- Operational-tactical level UAVs – 392,717 (+1,979) units;
- cruise missiles – 4,850 (+3) units;
- ships / boats – 33 (+0) units;
- submarines – 2 (+0) units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 116,686 (+580) units;
- special equipment – 4,389 (+4) units.
