Defense forces destroyed 1,600 occupiers and 50 Russian artillery systems in a day

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated data on the losses of the Russian army in the war against Ukraine, so in the 24 hours of August 30, the Ukrainian military destroyed 1,600 occupiers, five tanks, and 50 enemy artillery systems.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
Total enemy combat losses from 02/24/22 to 08/31/26 were:
- personnel – about 1,488,200 (+1,600) people;
- tanks – 12,316 (+5) units;
- armored combat vehicles – 25,255 (+7) units;
- artillery systems – 48,883 (+50) units;
- MLRS – 2,079 (+7) units;
- air defense systems – 1,597 (+3) units;
- aircraft – 440 (+0) units;
- helicopters – 354 (+0) units;
- ground robotic complexes – 2,442 (+7) units;
- Operational-tactical level UAVs – 490,402 (+2,055) units;
- cruise missiles – 5,060 (+0) units;
- ships / boats – 35 (+0) units;
- submarines – 2 (+0) units;
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 141,920 (+467) units;
- special equipment – 4,621 (+7) units.
