The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck ammunition depots, logistics facilities, and command posts of Russian troops.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to military data, units of the Defense Forces struck a number of important enemy targets on March 4 and on the night of March 5.

In particular, Ukrainian forces struck an ammunition depot in the Berdyansk area in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region, as well as an ammunition unloading site in Hvardiyske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The logistical facilities of the occupation forces were also hit. Logistics depots in Berdyansk and Shevchenkivske in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region, as well as in Pryazovske in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region, were hit.

In addition, Ukrainian military personnel struck a fuel and lubricants warehouse in the Mariupol area.

According to the General Staff, the occupiers’ command and observation post in the Hulyaipol area of Zaporizhia Oblast, a drone control point in Murom, Belgorod Oblast of Russia, and a communications tower in Primorsk in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhia Oblast were also damaged.

The extent of the damage and the results of the strikes are being determined.

The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces of Ukraine will continue systematic strikes on the military infrastructure, logistics, and command posts of the Russian occupation forces.

It was previously reported that Ukrainian forces damaged two frigates of the Russian Black Sea Fleet during an attack on the Novorossiysk naval base in the Krasnodar Territory.

As a reminder, the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian Ka-27 ship-based anti-submarine helicopter over the Black Sea.
