Defense forces regain control over Zeleny Hay in Donetsk region

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have regained control over the settlement of Zeleny Hai in the Donetsk region.

This was reported to the Dnipro Regional State Administrative Organization.

It is noted that servicemen of the 37th Marine Brigade, together with the 214th OPFOR Assault Battalion, stopped the advance of the occupiers and established control over the village.

However, the group emphasizes that the Russian army is currently actively working to return Zeleny Hay to its control and capture the remaining settlements in the Donetsk region.

“But our soldiers stand firm and on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, Zeleny Gai remains under the blue-yellow banner,” the OSUV added.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian military stopped the breakthrough of the Russian occupiers in the Donetsk region , preventing the enemy from advancing towards the Dnipropetrovsk region.
