Defense forces repelled 185 attacks by the invaders: where the most clashes took place

Over the past 24 hours, 185 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 3.
Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, using seven missiles, as well as 62 airstrikes, dropping 93 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,520 attacks, including 84 from multiple rocket launcher systems, and engaged 3,194 kamikaze drones to destroy them.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Poltavka and Mayak in the Donetsk region; and Kozatske in the Kherson region.
Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces have destroyed eight areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, as well as two enemy artillery pieces.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 13 Russian attacks. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 9 air strikes, dropped a total of 19 guided bombs, and carried out 360 artillery attacks, including 19 from multiple rocket launchers.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy tried 25 times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the area of Glyboky, Zeleny, Vovchansk, Milovy, Ambarny and towards Mytrofanivka and Malaya Shapkivka.
Nine attacks by the invaders took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnykivka, Zagryzove, Zeleny Hai and in the direction of Petropavlika.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 18 times, trying to wedge into our defenses near the settlements of Ridkodub, Torske, Grekivka, Hryhorivka, Zelena Dolyna, Yampolivka, Karpivka, Kolodyazi and in the directions of Cherneschyna, Shandryholovy, Srednye and Novy Mir.
In the Siversky direction, our soldiers successfully stopped three enemy attacks towards Fedorivka and Viymka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked five times in the direction of Bondarny, Markovy, and in the area of Chasovy Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 11 attacks near Toretsk, Diliivka, Shcherbinivka, Petrivka, Rusyn Yar, and in the direction of Pleshchiivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 58 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Poltavka, Myrne, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Udachne, Kotlyne, Novomykolaivka, Novoserhiivka, Dachne, Oleksiivka, Horikhove and in the direction of Volodymyrivka, Novopavlivka, Razinoye, Molodetsky.
In the Novopavlivske direction, the enemy yesterday carried out 19 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zaporizhia, Yalta, Myrne, Piddubne, and Shevchenko.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Hulyaipil direction.
In the Orikhiv direction, the occupation troops once stormed the positions of the Defense Forces in the Kamyanske area.
In the Dnieper direction, our defenders successfully stopped two enemy attacks.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
