Defense forces repelled 201 attacks by the invaders: where the most clashes took place

Over the past 24 hours, 201 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 10.

Yesterday, the enemy launched 5 missile strikes with fourteen missiles and 74 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, including 122 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,120 attacks, 113 of which were from multiple rocket launchers, and used 4,037 kamikaze drones to destroy them.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Okhrimivka, Kruhle, Odradne, Artilne in the Kharkiv region; Shakhove, Poltavka, Pankivka, Volodymyrivka, Sukhyi Yar, Pokrovsk, Rusyn Yar, Novopavlivka in the Donetsk region; Verbove, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Plavni, Mykhailivka in the Zaporizhia region; Odradokamyanka in the Kherson region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck 13 areas of concentration of personnel and equipment, two drone control points, and two command and observation posts of the Russian invaders.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, 14 clashes took place over the past day. The enemy carried out 7 air strikes, dropped a total of 12 guided aerial bombs, and carried out 281 artillery shelling, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the aggressor stormed the positions of our defenders 13 times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Krasne Pershe, Ambarne, and in the direction of Lyptsy and Petro-Ivanivka.

Six attacks by the invaders took place in the Kupyansk direction over the past day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Stepova Novoselivka, Radkivka, and towards Novoosynovoye.

In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 30 times. He tried to advance near the settlements of Novyi Mir, Ridkodub, Seredne, Karpivka, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, Hrekivka, Kolodyazi and towards Serebryanka.

In the Siversky direction, over the past 24 hours, the enemy has carried out seven attacks on the positions of our units in the areas of the settlements of Serebryanka, Verkhnokamyanske, and Viyimka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, four combat clashes were recorded in the areas of Bila Hora, Chasovy Yar, and Predtechyny.

In the Torets direction, the enemy carried out eight attacks in the areas of the settlements of Diliivka, Shcherbynivka, Toretsk, Rusyn Yar and towards Pleshchiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 61 offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Popiv Yar, Poltavka, Novotoretske, Myrnograd, Novoekonomichne, Myrne, Horikhove, Myrolyubivka, Mykolaivka, Promin, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Udachnoe, Dachnoe, Novoserhiivka, Yalta, Alekseevka and towards the settlements of Shakhove, Novopidhorodne, Pokrovsk, Razine, Rodynske.

In the Novopavlivske direction, the Defense Forces repelled 29 attacks on the positions of our troops near the settlements of Yalta, Myrne, Zelene Pole, Shevchenko, and Vilne Pole.

Yesterday, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Hulyaipil direction.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders successfully repelled one enemy attack in the Novodanylivka area.

Over the past day, in the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy tried nine times without success to advance towards the fortifications of our defenders in the direction of the settlement of Prydniprovske and Bilogrudy Island.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
