Defense forces repelled 233 attacks by the Russian army in a day: where did the most clashes occur?

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 8 a.m. on May 25 regarding the Russian invasion.

In total, 233 combat clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours. Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery struck six areas of enemy manpower concentration, one UAV control point, and three enemy guns.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike using 89 missiles and 89 air strikes, dropping 261 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,975 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,898 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 58 from multiple rocket launchers.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the aggressor carried out five air strikes using 16 anti-aircraft missiles, carried out 74 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, including two using MLRS. One assault action of the enemy was recorded.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units seven times in the areas of Figolivka, Veterinarne, Starytsia and towards Okhrimivka and Ternova.

In the Kupyansk direction, our defenders stopped four enemy attempts to advance in the area of the settlement of Novoosinove.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried 11 times to penetrate the thick defenses in the areas of the settlements of Drobysheve, Dibrova, Yampil, Lyman, and Stavky.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy stormed eight times in the areas of the settlements of Zakitne, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka, and Riznykivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy conducted one offensive operation in the area of the settlement of Nikiforivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 15 attacks near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillya, Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, and Rusyn Yar.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 38 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Toretske, Novooleksandrivka, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, Muravka and towards the settlements of Kucheriv Yar, Shevchenko, and Bilytske.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked four times, in the Ternovo area and towards Velykymykhaylivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders carried out 28 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pryluky, Zaliznychne, Olenokostyantynivka and towards the settlements of Girke, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Staroukrainka, Verkhnia Tersa, Tsvitkove, Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped three enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Belogirye, Stepnohirsk, and towards Primorske.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy attacked twice in the area of the Antoniv Bridge.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.

Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of the enemy, putting up effective resistance on all sections of the front.

By the way,last day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1020 people . Also, three tanks, five armored combat vehicles, 47 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 14 ground robotic complexes, 1924 unmanned aerial vehicles, 55 missiles, 302 units of automobiles and two units of special enemy equipment were neutralized.
