Defense forces repelled 254 assaults by the Russian army in a day: the hottest in the Konstantinivka direction

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published operational information as of 8 a.m. on August 10 regarding the Russian invasion.
In total , 254 combat clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours. Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery struck seven areas of enemy manpower concentration, two BC depots, four command posts, and four drone control points.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike using nine missiles and 87 air strikes, during which it dropped 278 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders used 10,295 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,193 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
The settlements of Korenyok, Studenok, Vintorivka, Volfyne, Iskryskivshchyna, Ulanov, Kucherivka, Mala Slobidka, Nova Huta, Neskuchne, Vilna Sloboda, Rogizne, Luzhky, Girky, Bachivsk, Sopych, Tovstodubov, Simeychyne in the Sumy region; and Galahanivka in the Chernihiv region were subjected to enemy artillery fire.
In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, our defenders stopped three enemy assaults. At the same time, the aggressor launched an air strike using three guided bombs and carried out 51 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, Ukrainian units repelled 25 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Lyman, Artilne and towards the settlements of Izbitske, Volokhivka, Kupine, Khatne, Ukrainske, Bereznyki, Ambarne.
In the Kupyansk direction, two enemy offensive actions took place in the Petropavlivka area and towards Novoplatonivka.
Attempts to penetrate our defenses were repulsed in the Lyman direction, where the occupiers attacked 30 times in the direction of the settlements of Drobysheve, Lyman, Dibrova, Ozerne and in the areas of the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Novoselivka, Torske, and Yampil.
In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy carried out seven assault operations in the area of the settlement of Riznykovka and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders attacked three times in the area of Nykyforivka and towards Yurkivka.
31 attacks were recorded in the Kostyantynivka direction. The invaders conducted assault operations in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar and towards Dovha Balka and Mykolaypillya.
The enemy carried out twenty-six attacks in the Pokrovsky direction. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and towards the settlements of Kucheriv Yar, Nove Shakhove, Novogrishyne, Shevchenko, Svitle, Serhiivka, Muravka, Matyashevo, Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders carried out three attacks towards Danylovka and Novy Zaporizhzhia.
In the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders attacked 21 times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Vozdvizhivka, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Hulyaipilske, Rivne, and Tsvitkove.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance towards Primorske and in the Plavni area.
The enemy did not conduct any assault operations in the Dnieper direction over the past day.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of the enemy, putting up effective resistance on all sections of the front.
By the way, last day the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1470 people . Also neutralized were two tanks, 13 armored combat vehicles, 48 artillery systems, six multiple launch rocket systems, two air defense systems, one heavy flamethrower system, ten ground robotic complexes, 1746 unmanned aerial vehicles, 461 units of automobiles and six units of special enemy equipment.
