Defense forces repelled over 170 attacks by the invaders: where the most clashes took place

Over the past 24 hours, 171 combat clashes have occurred on the front — the enemy has massively attacked with drones, aviation, and artillery, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding back the onslaught and striking back.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on April 1.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 77 air strikes, dropping 226 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,636 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,804 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 106 from multiple rocket launchers.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of settlements in the Donetsk region – Oleksandrivka, in the Dnipropetrovsk region – Havrylivka, Pokrovske; in Zaporizhia, Vozdvizhivka, Hulyaipilske, Yehorivka, Dolynka, Kopany, Krynivka, Nove Pole, Mykilske, Veseljanka, Novoolenivka, Hryhorivka were affected by airstrikes.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck six areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the enemy carried out 94 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including three using MLRS. One clash was recorded.
In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy tried three times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of Staritsa, Vovchanskie Khutory, and towards Okhrimivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked twice in the areas of Novaya Kruglyakivka and Novoosynovoye.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked six times, trying to wedge into our defenses, attacking towards Drobyshevy, Lyman, and in the area of the settlements of Seredne and Nadiya.
In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped six attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykovka and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Platonovka and Kalenykivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy once tried to improve its position by storming towards Kostyantynivka.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 20 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillya, Rusyn Yar and towards Illinivka, Sofiivka, Mykolaiplya, Novopavlivka, Vilne and Kostyantynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 56 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Novye Shakhove, Muravka, Horikhovo and towards Hryshynye, Filia, Novooleksandrivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked seven times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrovgrad, Zeleny Hai, Novomykolaivka and towards Pryvillye and Novy Zaporizhzhia.
In the Hulyaipil direction, there were 17 attacks by the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Hulyaipole, Varvarivka, Olenokostyantynivka, Myrne and in the direction of Dobropillya, Zaliznychny, Hirky, Hulyaipilsky, and Tsvitky.
In the Orikhiv direction, no attempts by the enemy to improve their position were observed.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy carried out one assault operation towards Belogruy Island.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
