Defense Forces Repulsed 160 Assaults by the Russian Army: Where Were They Attacked Most?

Over the past 24 hours, 160 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on September 25.

According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out four missile and 68 air strikes, used six missiles and dropped 136 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,082 attacks, including 115 from multiple rocket launcher systems, and engaged 5,846 kamikaze drones for destruction.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes on the areas of the following settlements: Shipuvate, Kharkiv region; Dobropillya, Kostyantynivka, Sloviansk, Donetsk region; Hulyaipole, Zaporizhia region; Olhivka, Kherson region.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck three areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, an artillery piece, a control point, an ammunition depot, and a UAV control point.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attacks by the invaders. The enemy also launched 13 air strikes, using 26 guided bombs, and carried out 186 attacks, including eight from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of our units near the settlement of Vovchansk.

Six attacks by the invaders took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions near Kotlyarivka, Lozova, and towards Peshchane and Kolisnykivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 25 times. They tried to break through the defenses near the settlements of Novomykhaylivka, Hrekivka, Kolodyazi, Shandryholove, Novoselivka, Derylove, and Zarichne.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy made seven breakthrough attempts in the areas of Serebryanka and towards Dronivka and Yampol.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders attacked four times in the areas of Chasovy Yar, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, and towards Stupochky.

In the Torets direction, the enemy carried out ten attacks near Oleksandro-Shultyny, Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, and Yablunivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 49 assaults by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoekonomichne, Sukhetske, Lysivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Horikhove.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy carried out 13 attacks near the settlements of Voskresenka, Sichneve, Vorone, Ternove, and Novohrygorivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, our defenders repelled four attempts by enemy units to advance in the Olhivske area.

The defense forces repelled the attack of the occupation troops in the Orikhiv direction, towards Novoandriyevka.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy made three unsuccessful offensive attempts.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
