Defense Forces Repulsed 184 Assaults by the Russian Army: Which Areas Are Hottest?

Over the past 24 hours, 184 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on September 18.
According to updated information, yesterday the invaders launched one missile strike and 95 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, dropping 153 guided bombs. In addition, they used 6,097 kamikaze drones to strike and carried out 4,766 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including 174 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes on the areas of the settlements of Zaliznychne, Rizdvyanka, Kamianske, Hryhorivka, Veselyanka in the Zaporizhia region; Antonivka, Inhulets in the Kherson region.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation has struck two areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, 11 clashes took place over the past 24 hours. In addition, the enemy carried out ten air strikes, dropping 25 guided bombs, and also carried out 203 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, including 14 from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 11 times near the settlements of Vovchansk, Odradne and towards Hryhorivka and Obukhivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, seven attacks by the invaders took place during the day. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Borivska, Andriivka, Kindrashivka, Zagryzove, Boguslavka and in the direction of Kupyansk.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 21 times, trying to advance near the settlements of Zarichne, Stavky, Torske, Novomykhailivka, Druzhelyubyvka, Shandrygolovye, Seredne, and Kolodyazi.
In the Siversky direction in the areas of Hryhorivka, Dronivka, Serebryanka, Viymka, Fedorivka, and towards Yampol, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops 14 times.
Five clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction – the invader attacked in the areas of the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky, Predtechyne and towards Nykyforivka.
In the Torets direction, the enemy carried out 17 attacks in the areas of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Katerynivka, Rusyn Yar, Poltavka, and towards Mykolaipyl.
In the Pokrovske direction, our defenders stopped 69 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Nykanorivka, Zolotiy Kolodyaz, Novoekonomichne, Shakhove, Lysivka, Muravka, Zvirove, Molodetske, Rodynske, Myrolyubivka, Promin, Novoukrainka, Novye Shakhove and in the directions of Pokrovske, Novopavlivka and Novye Donbas.
In the Novopavlivske direction, the enemy attacked our positions 22 times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrograd, Tolstoy, Piddubne, Voskresenka, Komyshuvakha, Novogeorgiivka, Olhivske, and Ivanivka.
In the Hulyaipil direction, the enemy carried out one futile assault on the positions of our defenders in the area of the settlement of Poltavka.
In the Orikhiv direction, with the support of aviation, the enemy attacked three times in the area of the settlement of Kamianske.
On the Dnieper direction, the enemy tried three times in vain to approach the positions of our defenders in the direction of the Antoniv Bridge.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
