Defense forces strike oil depot, drone control point, and other Russian facilities

Yesterday and on the night of January 28, the Defense Forces struck some enemy targets in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In particular, in the Donetsk region, positions of Russian military personnel and an enemy UAV control point in the area of Velyka Novosilka, as well as enemy military forces in the areas of Shakhovo and Hryhoriivka, were hit.

Also, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the Khokholska oil depot in the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation. There, oil products were confirmed to have ignited – thick smoke was observed. The results are being clarified.

Among other things, the enemy’s ammunition depot in the area of Nyzhnia Duvanka in the Luhansk Oblast TOT was also hit, as well as the concentration of enemy troops in the area of the village of Hulyaipole (TOT of the Zaporizhia Oblast) and the battalion command post in the area of Berezovoye (TOT of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast).

In addition, a hit was recorded on a concentration of enemy troops in the village of Kolotylivka, Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

It is reported that the losses of the occupiers are being clarified.

The results of the recent damage to the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation were also clarified. A fire was confirmed there covering an area of about 6,200 m² and damage to three tanks (10,000 m³).
