“Diya” labeled Konstantinovka a Russian city
The state-run app “Diya” marked Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region as a Russian city on the user’s birth certificate.
Thiswas reported by the social network contributor X Serhiy Sokolov.
He attached a screenshot of a document from the app. It says “Russian Federation, Donetsk region, city of Kostyantynivka.”
“Get to know Diya and her vision of the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the user added.
Later, the press service of “Diya” explained why the incident occurred.
“We have already found out that the NAIS (National Information Systems – ed.) registrar made a mistake when entering an archival act record into the register, based on the data of which act records are generated in the mobile application,” the message says.
The NAIS team is currently working on resolving the issue.
