US President Donald Trump has urged Vladimir Putin to stop the war and refrain from demonstrating nuclear weapons. The American leader stressed that the United States has a significant military advantage, including a powerful navy and nuclear submarines.

During his speech, Donald Trump sharply criticized the latest tests of Russia’s nuclear-powered cruise missile “Burevestnik”. He noted that Moscow should not “play games” by demonstrating its nuclear potential.
“Putin should be ending the war, not testing missiles. I don’t think Putin should be talking about it. He should be ending the war. The war that was supposed to last a week will soon be in its fourth year. That’s what he should be doing, not testing missiles,” Donald Trump said.
The US President also emphasized the superiority of the American fleet. According to him, the United States has the most powerful nuclear submarines in the world, which are located near the coast of Russia.
“They know we have a nuclear submarine — the best in the world — right off their coast. I mean, it doesn’t have to fly 8,000 miles, and they don’t play games with us, we don’t play games with them. We test missiles all the time,” he added.
Earlier, during a visit to the command post of the joint group of forces, Vladimir Putin announced the “successful” testing of the Burevestnik nuclear missile. This project has been under development since 2001 with the participation of the Novator Design Bureau and was first officially presented in 2018.
By the way, US President Donald Trump has chosen a middle option for sanctions against Russia , which focuses on the energy sector, rather than a complete blockade of the industry. This decision paves the way for further steps, including the transfer of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
