Doors were knocked down, tires were slashed, and people were beaten: eyewitnesses about the violent seizure of the state enterprise “Proskurovka”

Earlier we reported that the state enterprise “Proskurovka” of the Mironovsky Institute of Wheat of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, located in the Khmelnytsky region, was at the center of a scandal. Former acting director Yevgeny Dobryansky publicly stated that the enterprise was deliberately driven to bankruptcy and seized by raiders on the instructions of the people’s deputy Serhiy Labaziuk.

According to Dobryansky, in 2019 the company had losses of UAH 41 million, but the debts were repaid within a year and a half. In 2020, according to him, he was illegally eliminated, after which the management began to change to people associated with Labaziuk.

“They created conditions for me so that I couldn’t take part in the competition, opened criminal cases, confiscated documents without a court decision,” he says.

The company’s chief accountant, Maya Voloshina, told journalists that after Dobryansky’s dismissal, “squandering began” – in four years, debts grew to 123 million UAH, and equipment was taken to enterprises associated with Labaziuk’s VITAGRO group.

Deputy Director Elena Poberezhnaya confirmed that new equipment and machinery were transferred to other companies: “When they asked the former director where the equipment was, he answered: “To VitAgro.”

Proskurovka employees recall the events of June 24, 2025, when a group of unknown people broke into the administrative building. “At six in the morning, they broke down the door, beat up the guard and the father of our manager, and slashed the tires on his car,” said accountant Maya Voloshina.

Another employee, Viktor Vasilyevich, claims that four men in black chased Dobryansky, damaged his car, and the police “just stood and watched.” Lead accountant Nelya Soloveiko added: “I saw the director’s father beaten up. It wasn’t a quarrel, but a planned action.”

In its report, the audit company Profinanceservice pointed out signs of deliberate bankruptcy: removal of equipment to the enterprises of the VITAGRO group (owner – Sergey Labazyuk), sale of grain without crediting funds, conclusion of collateral for future harvests and artificial increase of debts.

Dobryansky appealed to the President and the government with a demand to intervene. When journalists went to the fields of “Proskurovka”, it was recorded how unknown people were harvesting wheat, guarding the equipment and not interfering with the filming.
