On the night of September 20, drones of the SBU and Special Operations Forces attacked Russian regions, hitting oil pumping stations of the Kuibyshev-Tikhoretsk oil pipeline.

This was reported by Suspilne, citing sources.

As noted, it was possible to hit the Zenzevatka station in the Volgograd region, the Sovkhoznaya-2 station, and the Samara linear production control station in the Samara region.

According to the publication’s interlocutor, the relevant facilities are involved in the export of Russian oil through the port of Novorossiysk.

As a result of the attack, the station stopped operating. Oil is currently not being pumped.

“The SBU continues its successful work on introducing drone sanctions against Russian refineries and oil pumping stations. It is this infrastructure that brings petrodollar surpluses to the Russian budget, which fuel the war against Ukraine. Work on blocking these money flows will continue,” the source summarized.

Earlier, SBU drones struck the largest Russian oil loading port of Primorsk in the Baltic Sea, and oil shipments have now been stopped.
